Went under for gas line. Found a water leak that has been going on for a while!
Another water leak under a manufacture home.
Under this manufacture home the water was all the way to the top of crawl space opening. Had to use ejector pump to remove as much water as we could before the crawl.

Dear Jeannie and Doug:
I wanted to send this letter of recommendation to thank you for all that you have done
for me and this site over the years. In 2006 I contacted you and asked you to bid on a
few restroom modifications to see if I liked your prices and your work.
The decision to try your services was one of the best I made that year.
This site is a 500,000 sq. ft. computer chip manufacturing facility that runs 24/7.
My contractors need to be extremely professional, communicate well and work well
with all levels of customers and contractors. While speed of completion of any task
is important, closing down an area and making it safe for others before you start work,
and then communicating what can be expected, and the overall impact, is just as important.
For the past 12 years you have been the main plumbing service for this site and have performed
extremely well throughout that time. Within the first few months I shifted the periodic maintenance
over to your company followed quickly by all general repairs and have not regretted it for a second.
Your advice on ways to reduce unplanned maintenance has lowered my annual plumbing
costs which improved by overall budget.
Your willingness to provide emergency support whenever needed made this site a better place
While I wish you had not moved away, the fact that you assisted in finding me a replacement
company with similar values, prices and abilities was as unexpected as it was amazing.
Thank you so very much. I wish you all the best in the future.
